Our Return Policy

For an item to be eligible for a return, the following criteria must be met:

Clothing

  • Garments must be unwashed, unworn, and in brand-new condition.
  • Special cut garments and non-stock sizes are non-returnable.
  • Garments shipped or picked up after 30 days are non-returnable.
  • Knit shirts, such as Henleys, are non-returnable due to the nature of the fabric. You will not be permitted to request an RA (Return Authorization) on these types of garments.
  • Garments with reflective tape or trim are non-returnable.
  • Garments that have been tagged for laundry service are non-returnable.
  • Garments with customer-specific alterations are non-returnable.

Boots

  • Boots must be unworn and the original packaging must be intact. Please do not adhere shipping labels or shipping tape to the boot box.

Manufacturing Defect

  • If you suspect a manufacturing defect may be present, we will exchange your garment or boot for a new one provided our best determination of a defect.

Return Process

If you would like to start a return, log into your account and navigate to your dashboard. Go to your Order History and click on the order that contains the item you wish to return. Click on the order number. In the top right-hand corner, you will see a Create Return button. If your item is not eligible to return you will receive a notification stating your item is not available for return creation.
