How to check the status of your order:

1. Sign into your online account.
2. Navigate to your dashboard to view your order history.
3. Click on the Order Inquiry   icon next to the order about which you wish to inquire.
4. A pop-up window will appear with your order number and name pre-loaded.
5. Simply type your question/request into the Inquiry field and hit submit.
6. Your account manager will review your request and get back to you shortly.
